Prices depend on your device and the repair needed. We offer transparent pricing upfront — just select your device and repair on our repairs page and you'll see the exact price before booking. Diagnosis is always free, and if we can't fix it, you don't pay.
07 How long does a typical repair take?
Most phone repairs — screens, batteries and charging ports — are completed in 1–2 hours if you drop in to our London store. Laptop and foldable repairs (Z Fold / Z Flip) typically take 1–3 business days due to their complexity. We'll always give you a clear timeline upfront.
08 Do you repair foldables like Z Fold and Z Flip?
Yes — we're specialists in foldable repairs, which most shops won't touch. We repair Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3/4/5/6 and Z Flip 3/4/5/6, including inner displays, outer cover displays, and hinge mechanisms. Turnaround is typically 1–3 business days.
09 Do you buy, sell or exchange devices?
